1. Digital Products — No Returns
Sync & Style sells digital wedding invitation templates. Once a template has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
— You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
— You did not receive access to the template within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
— The template is fundamentally different from what was shown in the preview.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at orders@syncandstyle.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order ID, payment ID (from Razorpay), and a brief description of the issue.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Razorpay's processing timelines may apply.
5. Cancellations
Since templates are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellation is not possible once payment is completed. If you have not yet completed payment, simply close the checkout page.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with your invitation (e.g., it not loading, edits not saving), please contact our support team at support@syncandstyle.com before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
