Digital Delivery Only

Sync & Style sells exclusively digital products. There is no physical shipping involved — no physical cards, printed materials, or packaged goods are ever dispatched.

Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, your template is made available immediately through your account dashboard. You will also receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.

Access & Delivery Issues

If you do not see your template in your dashboard within 30 minutes of payment, please:

— Refresh your dashboard and check the “My Invitations” section.
— Check your email (including spam) for a confirmation.
— Contact us at support@syncandstyle.com with your payment ID.

No Exchanges

As our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable in the traditional sense. If you purchased the wrong template, contact us at support@syncandstyle.com within 24 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Lifetime Access

Once purchased, your invitation template and all customisations remain accessible from your dashboard for the lifetime of the platform. Your shareable invitation link remains active indefinitely.
